This app has been life changing for me in seasons without a gym membership, or when i’m too lazy to leave my house but still want to get a workout in. It gives you guided workouts and programs for things like strength training, HIIT, yoga, pilates, mobility, recovery, core, conditioning, and bodyweight workouts.The workouts can be filtered by:

Muscle Group

  • Abs & Core

  • Arms & Shoulders

  • Glutes & Legs

Workout Focus / Type

  • Strength

  • Endurance

  • Mobility

  • Yoga
    Nike also mentions categories like conditioning, HIIT, Pilates, recovery, mindfulness, core workouts, gym workouts, home workouts, and bodyweight training in the app/store descriptions.

Equipment

  • No equipment / bodyweight

  • Equipment-based workouts
    The app highlights equipment-free workouts and gym/home workout options.

  • Filter by workout length

  • Beginner through advanced / multiple fitness levels
